Made in a way that is atypical of Sauvignon Blanc from the Marlborough region, the Kelly Washington Sauvignon Blanc has quite a unique expression. The hallmark of the wine is a savoury texture; thanks largely to ageing on lees in French oak and a concrete egg, alongside the utilisation of wild yeast. It is a wine of serious pedigree.

In appearance, it is a pale-straw yellow. There is a beautiful elderflower note that is felt on both the nose and palate. The palate is vibrant and defined, yet complex and textured, allowing you to enjoy a sophisticated pour with absolute confidence in the sugar content.
