Refund policy
Refund & Returns Policy – Physical Products We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how it works:
- You may return most items for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags/labels attached and in the original packaging.
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items — we cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement (per New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act).
- Change of mind returns — customer pays return shipping costs.
- Sale/final sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
- How to return Contact us at with your order number within the 30-day window. We'll provide instructions and (if applicable) a return label or address.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
No refunds for missing items reported more than 14 days after delivery or for items not returned in sellable condition.
